Everyone here is so friendly! The customer service is always so great! I love everyone here! I’m never disappointed when I leave. They have great prices and good deals in Tuesdays. This is definitely my go too when I’m in need!

This was one of the best experiences I've had and out of the dispensary. I stopped in while on vacation, and I had an outstanding shopping experience with an impressive. extensive inventory with welcoming knowledgeable budtenders. A guy by the name Smokey helped me with my purchase and was able to make great suggestions based on my preferences. The store is well organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need. Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking top tier customer service, good deals, and quality bud!

Our budtender John was really great! He saw us waiting in line and made sure to let us know he'd be around to help us check out. He also gave me solid advice on a new vape battery because mine is starting to die. I have to go back in and get it once mine goes. He was super nice and funny too! He made us feel like valued customers. That doesn't always happen at dispensaries, so it was a breath of fresh air.

I was greeted very kindly when I first entered. Entering the actual store, I was greeted by another young gentleman Ricky, very nice ,respectful, funny and polite. He was really educated on all the products. After we had put in our order, young lady, Keara had checked us out, she was very nice and honest and also very well educated on other items I had asked about at last minute. So thank you very much. You all ended our day on a very Happy note- we appreciated all the help and everything you had to say. 😊😊 And also, thank you Dave for all the help when I called back the very next day 😀

Had an amazing experience at Ivy Pot Dispensary, thanks to Ricardo. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were spot on, and he made the whole visit smooth and welcoming. Customer service like Ricardo’s truly deserves five stars—highly recommend asking for him!
